We find the right (2nd) track

Over ons

WerkmansMobiliteit (formerly Werkmans) has been committed since January 2000 with a lot of experience and know-how to keep people at work or to help them find a suitable job. Initially, the focus was specifically on people with a form of autism and that is still an important area of attention. But over the years a number of specializations have been added. WerkmansMobiliteit also guides people with AD(H)D, NAH (acquired brain injury), psychological problems and chronic diseases in their search for suitable work, or in finding options to retain or make suitable work.

WerkmansMobiliteit follows social developments and also focuses on absenteeism prevention and sustainability with regard to personnel employability. We would like to make an appointment with you to explain our services.

Our mission

Better for each other! The mission of WerkmansMobiliteit is to have all organizations in Central and Southern Netherlands organized in such a way that they are 100% labor inclusive before 2025. Mobility and flexibility are the conditions for sustainability. We have a future-oriented vision and want to grow into a knowledge organization that is at the center of the 'new society'. We have set ourselves the goal of convincing organizations of the 100% inclusive labor market based on our social involvement and inspiration. As a specialist, we focus on the three influenceable factors: organization, people and work. In this way, WerkmansMobiliteit helps organizations and their people to realize a valuable future.

Our vision

The participation company is in full development. The Netherlands is approaching a 100% inclusive labor market. Mobility and flexibility contribute to new, sustainable entrepreneurship. Organizations have no choice but to go along with this development, which is already in full swing with, among other things, the quota scheme and the Participation Act. Organizations that adequately manage employability make optimal use of their own talent and can naturally grow towards sustainable and socially responsible entrepreneurship. They have invested and are keeping pace with social changes. Inclusive organizations are far ahead of their competitors in their development. Improve the performance of these organizations. Absenteeism has become an exception instead of a rule.
